Given a sufficient supply of bamboo, just about any cabinet
company could fill kitchens with "green" storage. Making this
unconventional material look attractive is the tricky part, and that's
just what has happened with these cabinets. One significant enhancement
is in the finish. Bamboo's natural color is perfectly presentable, but
like any wood, it has its limits. Rich tones such as the Espresso finish
shown here, combined with ... is "an adventurous mix of horizontal and
vertical grains," provide a look that is once exotic and
